Dial Miracle Oil Hand Soap Review and GIVEAWAY

I just want to start off by saying WELCOME, if you've found your way over to McMomma Reviews by way of my family blog, Livin the McLife.  I thought it would be better to seperate my product reviews and giveaways from the family stuff...of course, some of the family stuff will find it's way over here (since we are testing these products as a FAMILY), so don't worry you can still get a fix of my adorable little boys :)

For those of you that are new to my McLife entirely, let me introduce you to those 3 little monsters:  Max, Sam and Ben (in picture below order from L to R is Ben, Max, Sam).  These three little guys are the lights of my life -- and the reason that my house is a pig sty....but I digress....

They look pretty cute and harmless, right?  Well....let me just tell you something.  They are BOYS.  Messy, dirty, stinky, dirty, messy, crazy BOYS.  My house is in a constant state of disarray.  It definitely keeps me on my toes, but let me tell you, my hands take a beating!

And THEIR hands (and faces) are constantly messy too.

So, when Purex sent me another product, the Dial Miracle Oil soap to try (see my review of the Dial Sugar Cane Husk soap here), I was ecstatic!  I had already declared the Dial Sugar Cane Husk soap to be for ME ONLY, so I decided that this one could go in the downstairs bathroom for others to use too :)

Dial Miracle Oil Hand Soap is infused with Marula Oil.  Wikipedia informed me that "Marula oil is extracted from the kernels (nuts) of the Marula tree.  The Tsonga people of South Africa and Mozambique have used the oil as a moisturising body lotion for women and also as a massage oil for babies. In the past, women used Marula oil rather than water to clean themselves."

New Dial Miracle Oil Hand Soap promises to bring nourishment and skin hydration to your hand washing experience.  The Miracle Oil gently removes dirt from your hands and leaves them feeling smooth and refreshed.  Dial Miracle Oil hand soap uses Micro Oil technology to nourish and deeply hydrate your skin while protecting it from skin damaging free radicals.

I decided to give the Dial Miracle Oil Hand Soap a try...

The aroma of the soap at first pump was intriguing.

It lathered up easily and quickly, and I could feel the oils starting to moisturize my hands almost immediately.  I really enjoyed the aroma as I was lathering up my hands....it was soothing and calming.  Almost spa like!

Afterwards, my hands felt soft and supple and thoroughly moisturized.  It's hard to say which of the two Dial soaps I prefer....but I can say they both did a great job not only cleaning my hands, but moisturizing them as well!

It's clear that my boys agree -- this bottle was full at the beginning of the morning!!  I think they enjoyed the fragrance and the experience too!

Want to try it for yourself?  One lucky reader will win a coupon for a FREE bottle of Dial Hand Soap!  Just comment below with what mess on your hands is the hardest for your handsoap to tackle for a chance to win!  Giveaway ends on 4/17/15

***The Dial Brand provided me with a sample of Dial Miracle Oil Hand Soap in exchange for a product review.  However, all the opinions expressed here are my own.

  1. I'm itching to get into the garden, if it ever warms up, but I hate how the dirt gets ground into the sides of my index fingers--who needs gloves? Speaking of itching, I wonder if this Miracle Oil would be good for my girls' excema? Little J has dry, bumpy patches on her wrists, among other places, and maybe this would help keep her skin moist in winter.
